Experienced in all aspects of international relocations, our staff ensure the shipment and storage of personal effects is handled professionally and carefully.
 
Your goods will be loaded directly into a container and sealed in front of you or your agent.
The container will then be despatched to the nearest port of your destination and cleared through customs by our network, then delivered to the destination and unloaded.
 
We handle the paperwork and customs process leaving you with the minimum of fuss.
 
For those wishing to move from the UK abroad, we can offer a complete removal service to suit all budgets, these are:
 
1) Complete removal service. Where we pack and load, ship to destination and unload into new residence
 
2) Loading removal service. Where we load, ship to destination and unload into new residence
 
3) Budget removal service. Where customer or their agent load container, we ship and unload into new residence
 
4) Basic container service. Where we just supply the container, customer/agent load, we ship and customer/agent handles clearance and unloading at destination port

This is just a general guide and must be increased if you have a very heavily furnished home.Please also allow for garages or a big garden shed (assume an extra bedroom for each).

Take a ruthless view on items you may not use or want

PACKING CARTONS We advise you to use strong packing cartons, avoid large cartons and don't overload them, consider the weight and stability/stack ability of each.
 
IDENTITY You could mark each box with its contents or room and your name.
FRAGILITY You must mark the boxes "FRAGILE", "VERY FRAGILE" or "THIS WAY UP"
CLOTHING You could consider the hanging cartons (wardrobe boxes) available saving lots of ironing the other side!

APPLIANCES Empty and clean thoroughly. Washing machines: use the stability bars for the drum supplied when you bought the machine.
OFFICE EQUIPMENT For example; fax machines, PC's, printers, scanners etc - these must all be boxed and not loose. LCD screens must be well padded to avoid any scratching by movement of the vehicle.
CHINA AND GLASS Line the carton with newspaper and wrap individually in tissue or newspaper. Make sure they are well padded.
PLATES, RECORDS AND CDS Stand on side, don't pack flat.
SELF ASSEMBLY FURNITURE is not designed to be moved whole. Disassemble the furniture removing and packing all parts. Any self-assembly furniture transported whole is NOT INSURED against damage.
FURNITURE should have all cushions and loose covers removed and packed separately.
BEDS if possible disassemble beds, cover & seal mattresses with plastic sheeting. Pack bed clothing separately.
MOTORISED EQUIPMENT ensures fuel tanks are close to empty. Please advise your driver if you suspect any oil leaks.
PLANTS or ANIMALS we do not carry plants or animals.
FOOD We do not carry food items.
FLAMMABLE ITEMS such as petrol, paint, paraffin, gas bottles etc cannot be carried by us.

Move storage heaters unless they are dismantled 
Move items from aloft, unless properly lit, and floored and safe access is provided. 
Dismantling electrical and gas fired appliances or diconnect such appliances
 
Our staff are not authorised or qualified to carry out such work. We recommend that a properly qualified person is separately employed by you to carry out these services.
